This is the setting for the Altemasi winery, which belongs to the famous Cavit cooperative in Trento but is managed as if it were an independent winery.

Everything starts with the utmost respect for the land, nature, biodiversity, the environment, and the ecosystem, followed by constant and continuous research into the highest possible quality. Starting with carefully selected raw materials, the subsequent production steps are aimed at enhancing the raw materials themselves, bringing out all their most characteristic nuances and distinctive features.

The heart of every activity is the innovative winery, built in 1993 and designed exclusively to produce Classic Method sparkling wines and Charmat Method sparkling wines. It is a unique, extremely functional structure equipped with the most modern and innovative winemaking technologies. Spread over four different levels, the cellar rooms are each dedicated to a specific stage of the sparkling wine production process, with the sparkling wines left to mature in the underground rooms and fermentation, riddling, disgorging, bottling, and packaging taking place on the other floors.

In essence, this winery is the pride of the entire Trento DOC appellation, as is the entire range of Altemasi labels. Whether made from pure Chardonnay grapes or combined with Pinot Noir grapes, the excellence of Altemasi sparkling wines is always guaranteed.

Starting with Brut, we move on to Rosé, then Millesimato, and finish with Pas Dosé and “Riserva Graal”: when the bottles bear the Altemasi name, you can be sure that the highest prestige of the Metodo Classico is served on a silver platter.
