JURA

The most unique region in French winemaking

The Jura, a small region between Burgundy and Switzerland, is a unique wine-growing island with native grape varieties such as Savagnin, Poulsard, and Trousseau, alongside Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Its reputation is linked to ancestral winemaking techniques, in particular maturation “sous voile” (under a veil), which gives complex aromas of dried fruit and spices.

Between oxidative and ouillé methods

Jura production is divided between “sous voile” wines, where a veil of yeast creates the nutty notes typical of Vin Jaune, and “ouillé” wines, where the barrels are topped up to prevent oxidation. Our selection ranges from traditional Savagnins to fresh Chardonnays, from delicate Poulsard-based reds to elegant Crémant du Jura wines.

The excellence of natural craftsmanship

With historic domaines such as Bourdy and biodynamic pioneers such as Tissot, our collection represents the essence of Jura winemaking. With over 25% of its vineyards organic, the Jura has become a global benchmark for natural wines, where tradition and respect for the environment create wines of extraordinary character.
