Tasting Notes

Rosso granato compatto alla vista. Naso complesso con note di piccoli frutti di bosco, spezie raffinate, sottobosco ed erbe aromatiche. Corposo in assaggio, caldo e dai tannini maturi. Ottima la persistenza fruttata grazie ad un’acidità sempre presente.

Il Valtellina Superiore Inferno DOCG “La Cruus” nasce da uve nebbiolo in purezza, localmente noto con il nome di “chiavennasca”, raccolte a mano nei vigneti posti su suoli tipicamente sabbiosi. Dopo la fermentazione il vino è posto 12 mesi in legno per maturare il proprio carattere. Un rosso di struttura ma capace di esprimersi con grande eleganza.
