Valpolicella DOC 2024 - Tommasi

This deep ruby red wine features fresh and fruity aromas of cherry and strawberry. Whereas in the mouth, it features a certain fragrant quality and balance, as well as good persistence.

This wine pairs perfectly with pasta or rice dishes and dishes featuring white meats. It is a great wine to accompany the traditional Italian dish of maltagliati pasta with prosciutto and fava beans.

Well-balanced, smooth and delicate on the palate, Tommasi’s Valpolicella DOC is ideally drunk young. After a 7-day period of fermentation in stainless steel vats, it is left to age for another approximately 4 months in steel tanks before being aged for 2 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. A casual, versatile and easy drink, this wine is nevertheless extremely high quality.
