Tasting Notes

Rosa antico il colore alla vista, luminoso ed elegante. Il bouquet olfattivo si apre al naso in maniera delicata e gradevole, regalando note floreali e fruttate, tra le quali spiccano fragola, ribes e melone bianco. Fragrante il sorso, di buona struttura, fresco e piacevolmente sapido in chiusura.

Pairings

Versatile ed eclettico negli abbinamenti gastronomici, è ottimo per accompagnare il sushi.

Valle d'Aosta Rosé DOP 2024 - Les Crêtes: Why we like it

Fa il suo esordio in casa “Les Crêtes” questo Rosé della Valle d'Aosta, prodotto con uve di petit rouge e pinot nero. Dopo la vendemmia, effettuata rigorosamente a mano a fine settembre, viene vinificato con una macerazione sulle bucce di tre ore, seguita da una fermentazione in acciaio di 12 giorni. Da ultimo, riposa per due mesi sulle fecce nobili, per arrivare a regalare una bevuta intrigante e mai scontata, scorrevole e di estrema gradevolezza. È un Rosé davvero eccellente.
