This deep straw-coloured Prosecco features a subtle yet consistent effervescence and boasts lovely notes of white-fleshed fruit, herbage, vanilla-infused butter and a certain yeastiness. Whereas in the mouth, it is well-balanced and mellow. It is characterised by a sense of smoothness that leads to a neat finish.

A great choice for Italian-style aperitivo, this Prosecco pairs especially well with appetizers featuring goat cheese and charcuteries.

Dedicated to founder Giustino Bisol, who established the winery in 1950, this Prosecco Superiore is the result of lengthy experiments and tests, a careful selection of grapes, and a great attention to detail starting all the way from the vine itself straight through to bottling.
