Trento DOC “Perlé” 2018 - Ferrari (Astuccio)

This intense yellow-coloured bubbly with golden undertones features a subtly persistent effervescence and boasts a rich yet refined bouquet with aromas of almond blossoms and russet apple, a lightly fragrant spiciness with a hint of crusty country bread. Whereas in the mouth it is seductively elegant, with a long creaminess that features fruity notes of ripe apple and lovely aromas of yeast and sweet almond. It also boasts an aromatic and smoky depth typical of Chardonnay.

A great bubbly to accompany an entire meal, Ferrari suggests that it be paired with Italian culatello ham or with veal in a tuna sauce.

Produced from a careful selection of pure Chardonnay grapes, this bubbly is aged on lees for 5 years before undergoing one last period of aging once bottled.
