Tasting Notes

Intense ruby red colored. The nose is broad and very rich; it expresses notes of cherry and plum, notes of carob, iron and mineral hints. On the palate it reveals it shows fine and clear tension; decisive, complex and with a silky tannic texture. Very persistent.

Excellent in combination with red meats, it’s particularly suitable for pairing with roasts and barbecues.
