Tasting Notes

Rosso rubino intenso. Al naso è elegante, caratterizzato da note speziate di vaniglia, da sentori di frutta rossa e da una leggera traccia vegetale. Al palato è corposo, solido, complesso e raffinato. Una trama tannica morbida e una leggera acidità anticipano unottima persistenza.

Pairings

A tutto pasto, si abbina a ricchi piatti di carne, anche arrosto. Ottimo su formaggi molto stagionati.
