Colore rosso rubino. Al naso è ampio e ricco; si esprime con sentori di ciliegie in confettura, note di viola e cenni di anice. Al palato si rivela fine e morbido; presenta tannini eleganti ed è ben sostenuto dalla freschezza. Lungamente persistente.
