Giallo paglierino con riflessi dorati, al naso le note minerali ed affumicate accompagnano sentori vegetali e di fiori di sambuco. In bocca è fresco, vivo ed acido, con una vena minerale molto lunga e persistente.

Pairings

Ottimo se abbinato ad un primo piatto come tagliolini ai ricci di mare.

Questo vino DOC Piemonte prodotto da Vite Colte è un Sauvignon in purezza. Il prodotto è ottenuto mediante l'assemblaggio di due vigneti, posizionati in due aree diverse, che giungono a maturazione in tempi scalari: una leggermente anticipata per avere acidità e ricchezza di aromi varietali tipici del Sauvignon ed una leggermente posticipata per avere ricchezza estrattiva ed aromi di frutta tropicale. Le basse rese in vigneto e la diversa consistenza dei terreni e dei microclimi consentono di ottenere un vino complesso ed equilibrato. Dopo la fermentazione alcolica, il vino riposa e decanta a bassa temperatura per almeno 3 mesi sui lieviti in acciaio.
