Tasting Notes

Ruby red with evident shades of violet, dark and impenetrable, characterized by a dense and persistent perlage. On the nose all the fruity hints typical of Lambrusco Maestri emerge, inserted in a context of great intensity and elegance: strawberries, blackberries, raspberries. On the palate it’s slightly sweet, supported by good acidity and unsuspected tannins. Smooth, it closes with a slight return to the fruit for a finish of good persistence.

Pairings

Rich and slightly sweet, Otello NerodiLambrusco is a red wine to be paired with the rich dishes of the Parma tradition. Above all, with large pumpkin ravioli.
