Tasting Notes

Giallo paglierino carico al calice. Ampio e invitante il bouquet olfattivo, composto da sentori di albicocca, ananas, melone e pesche, cui si aggiungono sfumature di geranio, rosa e vaniglia. Il palato segue il naso, risultando arricchito da una gradevole venatura minerale. Ottima la persistenza ed equilibrata la spalla acida.

Pairings

Richiede in abbinamento primi piatti saporiti o preparazioni a base di carne bianca. Da provare con il risotto con curry e petto di pollo.

È ottenuto da uve di chardonnay raccolte in due differenti parcelle vitate, ed è elevato per circa un anno in barrique di rovere bianco.
