Tasting Notes

Rosato, molto fine. Al naso dominano sentori di frutta esotica e agrumi, seguiti da note iodate e cenni di pepe bianco. Al palato è fresco, sapido, allettante.

Nato nel 2015, il Côtes de Provence "281" di Château Minuty deve il suo nome al pantone blu che impreziosisce la bottiglia, ispirato al colore del Mar Mediterraneo dopo il maestrale. Prodotto in quantità limitate, ha come protagonista il grenache, cui si affianca, poi, il syrah; è un Rosé dal carattere unico, carico di aromi e freschissimo.
