Tasting Notes

Alla vista ha un bel colore rosso granato scuro, decisamente intenso. Al naso si avverte un ventaglio di profumi in cui la frutta matura, in particolare le more, si alternano a nuances di vaniglia. Entra in bocca con un sorso lineare e scorrevole, piacevole al palato anche grazie a un finale lungo, che accompagna la beva.

Pairings

Perfetto con i secondi piatti di carne rossa della tradizione francese, è ottimo anche con la selvaggina, sia da pelo sia da piuma.

Pieno e gagliardo, il Bordeaux Rouge dello Château Bois Pertuis è un classico taglio alla bordolese che ha ancora molta strada davanti a sé. Ci troviamo al cospetto di un rosso dalle ottime potenzialità, che esprime il consueto trittico di uve del territorio – merlot, cabernet franc e petit verdot – con buona armonia, e con una franchezza al palato che via via diventerà sempre più morbida, anche grazie alla buona presenza di tannini sviluppati durante la fase di affinamento. Un purosangue mai domo, che promette di correre sempre al massimo, regalando sorsi pieni e saporiti.
