Raccolta manuale con maniacale selezione delle uve. Fermentazione in tini di acciaio con macerazione di 10-15 giorni. Affinamento in barriques, per il 70% nuove, per circa 18 mesi, con assemblaggio delle uve dopo i primi 12 mesi di invecchiamento, e sosta finale in bottiglia per ulteriori 12 mesi. Un vino mitico, immancabile in ogni cantina che si rispetti.
