Tasting Notes

Rosso rubino scuro, con leggere sfumature violacee. Al naso dominano intense note di frutti rossi maturi, seguite da piacevoli sentori di spezie dolci. Al palato il vino risulta equilibrato, armonioso e avvolgente, caratterizzato da una trama tannica sinuosa ed avvolgente. Un vino molto piacevole da bere.

Pairings

A tutto pasto, si abbina a formaggi, vellutate e zuppe. Ottimo con arrosti e brasati.

Il Bruciato è il fratello giovane del "Guado al Tasso", un Bolgheri di grande intensità caratterizzato da uno stile moderno ed armonioso. Un rosso che proviene da quei vigneti della Tenuta che non rappresentano la vetta necessaria alla produzione del Guado al Tasso, appezzamenti in cui la gestione della pianta è comunque mirata alla massimizzazione della qualità. La sua maturazione si svolge per almeno 8 mesi in barrique e per almeno 4 mesi in bottiglia: ne risulta un vino di grande intensità e morbidezza, perfetto biglietto da visita della denominazione e della Tenuta.
