Tasting Notes

Intense straw yellow, with a bouquet distinguished by its intense aromatics which range from hints of rose petals to flowers and spices. On the palate it releases all its finesse with a refreshing full-bodied taste, harmonious elegance and an intense persistent finish.

Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs well with shellfish dishes, grilled fish and should be tried with goose pate and liver.
