Informazioni generali
Gli ordini di Tannico vengono consegnati dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 9:00 alle 18:00. È prevista la spedizione gratuita per ordini superiori a una certa soglia di spesa. Le bottiglie verranno spedite in confezioni certificate per garantirne la sicurezza. In Italia tutti i pacchi sono consegnati da TNT, Poste Italiane e Arco.
Il servizio dedicato al canale Ho.re.Ca si intende valido solamente all'interno del territorio italiano.
Per richieste circa operazioni oltre confine si prega di inviare una richiesta preventiva a horeca@tannico.it per verifica.
Tracciabilità dell’ordine
Dopo aver effettuato un ordine, riceverai un'e-mail contenente tutti i dettagli del tuo acquisto. Si precisa che i tempi di consegna sono solo indicativi e vengono calcolati dal giorno di spedizione.
