The Beam Suntory Group is a renowned and prestigious Japanese company that produces and exports high-quality alcoholic beverages worldwide. It owns several distilleries, including Yamazaki, which was Japan's oldest malt whisky distillery. Built in 1923 by the group's founder Shinjiro Torii, it was the first distillery outside Scotland to use copper stills. Its strategic location on the outskirts of Kyoto provided pure water, a diverse climate and high humidity, creating an ideal environment for maturation. For almost a century, the Yamazaki distillery has been dedicated to producing a premium Japanese whisky, the result of innovation and tradition.

From a project strongly desired by founder Shinjiro Torii, in 1936 Suntory launched “Hermes Gin”, the company's first gin, which was followed by several other spirits, in particular “Roku Gin”, the result of over 100 years of distillation and experience in the field. Over the years, the Suntory Distillery has created and promoted whisky, gin for sale online and high-quality vodka under the brands “Hibiki”, “Hermes”, “Raku” and “Haku”. Each product is distilled with great care, according to a method specially designed for the type of product and the raw materials and botanicals used. The result is fine spirits, to be served on special occasions or to treat yourself after a long day at work.
