AUDEMUS

Audemus Spirits, based in Cognac, is the first micro-distillery of its kind in France and one of the first in the world. It offers a unique, artisanal range of aged spirits such as gin, vodka, liqueurs and unusual distillates.

This distillery was founded by Miko Abouaf, a great lover of spices and fruits of all kinds, who enjoys personally researching and harvesting ingredients to give the distillery his own unique style.

Among the various products produced, the “Pink Pepper” gin stands out, a fine, powerful and bold distillate, created from a blend of hand-picked pink peppercorn extracts and juniper, with a touch of selected spices.
