Friuli Isonzo Pinot Grigio DOC 2024 - Borgo Rosarol (6 bottiglie)

It has a straw yellow colour with some golden reflections. The nose reveals aromas of acacia flowers, pear and apple. Full-bodied and well-balanced on the palate. It finishes with a slightly bitter aftertaste, characterised by a mineral finish.

Excellent throughout the meal, it lends itself to various pairings and preparations. Perfect with first courses and white meat main courses, it is also worth trying with fresh cheeses and ham. Excellent with fish and shellfish dishes.

The carefully selected grapes ferment in steel for 10 days at a temperature of 18 °C, before continuing to age on their lees, again in steel, for about 3 months. A bottle to be enjoyed now and even better in company!
