Tasting Notes

Intense ruby red in appearance. The bouquet revels aromas of red fruit (cherry and raspberry), herbs of the Mediterranean bush, slight aniseed spiciness. On the palate it is fresh, sapid and dry. Well-balanced it evolves in the mouth toward fruity accents.

Pairings

Pairs well with fish dishes such as tuna and salmon. Excellent also with cheeses and white meats.

Unlitro” is made from vineyards cultivated using organic methods. The grapes are fermented using indigenous yeasts and the wine is kept for 6 months in cement and bottled rather unusually in one litre bottles. A red to be drunk when cool, very pleasant and drinkable.
